Victory employees a number of different roles, each contributing to the production of its innovative leisure homes.
Victory has set up a calendar of events and rewards to show recognition to staff:
- The workshop team has a freezer stocked full of ice pops for summer days, which will change to another treat when the weather changes.
- A fish and chip van offers employees free fish and chips,
- Plans are in place for other events to take place to thank staff for their hard work.
Wellbeing - Mental Health First Aiders
Victory has trained a number of mental health first aiders within the team that are always on site. These workers are known throughout the company, and are signposted as the people to speak to about any concerns.
Victory also supports Andy’s Man Club – a talking group that provides a place for men to come together in a safe environment to talk about issues and problems they have faced or are currently facing.
Innovation is key within all areas of Victory. Members of the workforce are encouraged to contribute with ideas at all stages of the production process.
Victory appointed Steve Bulliment as Head of Research and Innovation. As part of Steve’s role, he has been working hard to develop a diverse team of experts to further solidify and celebrate a culture of innovation and Victory, making it an essential part of almost every role.
